Every preserve and easement we hold gets an annual site visit, year after year, to make sure the land is being cared for as intended. Our stewardship team monitors habitat health, addresses invasive species, and maintains the trail network that keeps these places open to the public.
Much of this work happens because volunteers show up — trail crews, weed pulls, fence repair days. It's some of the most direct, hands-on conservation work there is.
No experience necessary — just a willingness to get outside and get your hands dirty. Trail days run through the spring, summer, and fall across our Wenatchee Foothills preserves.
